Built on the open source CAMARA framework led by GSMA and the Linux Foundation, Aduna is expanding its ecosystem and global telecom API reach, adding new partners and extending network access across 40 operators worldwide.
Aduna announced a major ecosystem expansion at Mobile World Congress 2026, highlighting accelerating global adoption of telecom network APIs built on the open-source CAMARA framework.
The CAMARA initiative, led by GSMA and the Linux Foundation, enables standardised and interoperable telecom network APIs across mobile operators. Aduna leverages this open-source foundation to provide a unified platform that simplifies developer access to advanced telecom capabilities worldwide.
At the event, Aduna confirmed that 15 digital identity, fraud prevention, and communications providers have joined its ecosystem, with additional partnerships currently in development.
A key milestone supporting the expansion is a 2025 strategic partnership with Comviva. Through this collaboration, CAMARA-based aggregated network APIs will also be available through Amazon Web Services, enabling enterprises to access telecom network capabilities through cloud infrastructure.
Launched in July 2025, Aduna is a joint venture between Ericsson and 12 telecom operators including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefónica, Vodafone, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, KDDI, Singtel and Telstra.
The platform now provides API services across the USA, Germany, Spain, Canada, France and the Netherlands, with expansion planned for Australia, Brazil, India, Greece, Singapore, Thailand and the United Kingdom. In total, Aduna aggregates telecom capabilities from 40 mobile operators globally.
Developer ecosystem partners supporting the platform include Google Cloud, Infobip, Sinch and Vonage. Anthony Bartolo, CEO of Aduna, said: “Aduna was created to help telecom operators turn standardization into monetization. We’re enabling businesses everywhere to innovate faster, safer, and at global scale. The addition of these ecosystem partners demonstrates our collective commitment to accelerating the global Network API economy and unlocking new value across the digital ecosystem. We are excited about Mobile World Congress 2026 and broadening our reach by engaging and partnering with innovative suppliers and customers who see the value in these rich mobile insights.”
