Open Dhi will deploy its AI-enabled open-source ERP and enterprise platforms on L&T Vyoma’s sovereign cloud infrastructure to support India-based data residency, enterprise AI readiness and digital sovereignty.
Larsen & Toubro’s sovereign AI cloud unit Vyoma has partnered with Open Dhi Group to host AI-enabled open-source enterprise platforms on India-based sovereign cloud infrastructure, targeting growing enterprise demand for data residency, digital sovereignty and AI-ready operations.
Under the agreement, Open Dhi will deploy three platforms on Vyoma Cloud: DhiERP+, an AI-enabled open-source enterprise resource planning platform; DhiADT+, a workforce governance and global payroll platform; and Bhaiyaa, a hyperlocal omni-channel marketplace platform.
The deployment will use Open Dhi’s proprietary “Double Sandwich Technology” architecture, integrating a marketplace layer, AI-led enterprise systems and sovereign cloud infrastructure into a unified digital stack.
The partnership is designed to ensure enterprise data remains within India amid rising regulatory and security concerns over cross-border data flows, while enabling enterprises to retain control over their digital ecosystems.
Seema Ambastha said, “Sovereign and resilient cloud infrastructure would be critical as India moves towards an AI-driven economy, and that the tie-up would allow enterprises to scale on trusted domestic platforms.”
Shrinivas Racha said, “The arrangement ensures the company’s platforms run on secure, scalable sovereign infrastructure, while allowing enterprise clients to retain control of their digital ecosystems.”
Vyoma serves sectors including government, BFSI, healthcare and manufacturing. The partnership reflects a wider industry shift towards India-domiciled cloud infrastructure, cost optimisation and AI-ready enterprise systems.
