Next-generation tech leaders are standardizing on Grafana Cloud to eliminate open-source infrastructure overhead.
Grafana Labs, the open cloud company, announced that its platform, Grafana Cloud, is being adopted by AI and technology companies like 7AI, TeamSystem, and Zama to scale the AI-based infrastructure. Existing users of Grafana Cloud like Anthropic, Harrison.ai, and Loveable are already getting benefitted from the cloud-based platform. AI workloads have drastically spiked telemetry volumes, driving organizations away from fragmented, self-hosted stacks toward centralized, managed observability platforms.
According to Grafana Labs’ 4th Annual Observability Survey, operational complexity and overhead have become the AI industry’s top challenge. Consequently, the adoption of managed SaaS observability solutions has risen to 50% of organizations in 2026, up from 43% in 2025. While 90% of companies expect their observability budgets to remain steady or increase, 65% now prioritize cost as a key factor in tool selection.
To optimize these costs, TeamSystem is deploying Grafana Cloud’s Adaptive Telemetry suite to limit unnecessary data ingestion while preserving high-value operational signals. Meanwhile, cryptography leader Zama relies on Grafana Cloud to conduct real-time, continuous benchmarking across 54 unique FHE operations and blockchain transaction types.
Zama is also leveraging Grafana Assistant, an embedded AI tool, to accelerate incident resolution and streamline developer onboarding. Concurrently, 7AI is migrating completely away from self-managed open-source software to eliminate infrastructure upkeep and free up critical engineering capacity for core innovation.
